Catalyze was formed in 2023 with the goal of fundamentally restructuring the balance of power between policyholders, insurance companies, and insurance agents. Catalyze is not an insurance agency, and we do not sell insurance. We provide fee-based consulting to small and medium-sized businesses that are looking to take ownership of their insurance program.

As an attorney, Rex spent his early career representing insurance companies as both in-house and outside counsel. After years of executing the interests of Big Insurance, Rex has recommitted himself to serving you—the policyholder.
Rex has broad expertise in all aspects of commercial insurance, but, above all else, he is a relentless problem solver and prides himself on delivering results. Rex specializes in claims advocacy and focuses his practice on real estate and construction.
